DARE NAME: How Long Can You Hold Your Breath

 

I can hold my breath for 45 seconds sitting still under waterr, but I tried to swim the pool from one side to the other and back, but did not do it. My dad is teaching me some breathing exorcises so that I can hold my breath longer. He can hold his breath for almost 2 minutes.
